While this tea cake looks smaller due to the diameter, it is thicker than the average cake so it still yields 357 grams. The Dragon Pole recipe uses an extremely high-grade maocha. It is a semi-aged, Menghai-area ripe material that delivers a thick and full mouth-feel with lots of texture. This beautiful tea comes in a gift box but due to the potential for damage during shipping, I cannot guarantee the condition of the box.
