This is a delightful, hand-processed green oolong that is grown high in the Fujian mountains in China. This tea is famous for its “milky” taste and silky texture; the large, tightly-rolled leaves have the alluring fragrance of sweet cream and pineapple. The flavor is smooth with light, orchid notes. Great for multiple infusions.
The water used to steep this tea should be at 195°F. Use about 1 teaspoon of tea leaves for about every 5 ounces (150 milliliters) of water. A steeping time of about 3-5 minutes with more or less time is recommended depending on the desired concentration.

This is the tea I like the most. The first time I ordered it it was more vegetable tasting , and the second time I received one bag of the original type and one bag of another.
Now don't get me wrong here, I enjoyed them both, but I like the newer harvest better. It has a more fruity taste on the pallet, almost like pineapple but not quite. Of the two , I like the second the most.
Luckily for me the wife doesn't care for either. 8)

Delicious!
I've never tasted an unflavored tea like it. It's flavor is it's own and sparkles on the tongue. I'm still wondering where it comes from but just the scent of the steam from the pot makes your stomach rumble and your mouth water. A dessert alll by itself.
Just try it.
