Product Description

This Menghai Dayi Brand 2010 "Gong Ting" Ripe Pu-erh Tea (001) is from the Menghai Tea Factory. "Dayi" is their proprietary brand. "Gong Ting" literally means "the palace ripe" pu-erh tea. Based on the name, you immediately understand the requirements for extremely high-quality maocha (unprocessed pu-erh materials).

The high-quality tea buds are specially selected from among all Menghai Tea Factory's tea bases. After the piling fermentation, the fermented golden buds are selected by wind sieving. The tea soup is smooth, subtle and mellow, with a prominent and charming aroma. 

Important tip: for brewing ripe Pu-erh tea, the water temperature should be over 95°F
