Parisian Delight combines a premium black tea with a wonderful vanilla character that soothes and transports you to the “City of Light” on the Seine – Paris, France. Traveling to this romantic city with its rosy twilights is as close as your teacup!
Parisian Delight caresses your senses when you first open the package and inhale the sweet, cocoa-ish aroma of the dry tea. In the cup the liquid is darker than you might expect but the flavors and aroma are not overpowering. There is a faint vanilla/cocoa aroma and a fab flavor combining the two. If you like milk in your tea, try this tea that way. It takes on a smoothness and very dessert-like quality that is sure to satisfy with a lot fewer calories than that cheesecake, pie, or even that Parisian favorite – croissants!

I had no idea what to expect when I ordered this. What I got was a very good tea, but one of those teas that leaves me wanting. Back when I was a coffee drinker, I used to drool when walking past a coffee shop. So much so that I'd almost always stop inside to get a cup of something, and the result was always the same: the scent far outweighed the actual flavor. That's pretty much how this tea is. Mind you, I'm not saying it's a bad tea. No, not by any means. It's just a little bit of a letdown because Parisian Delight's dry smell is absolutely out of this world! Steeped, it lacks a bit of that otherworldliness, but it still makes a great cup of tea, maybe for desert time or while entertaining friends. Caramel, vanilla, cocoa flavors.
