Product Description

Phoenix Mt. Wudong Dancong Oolong Xing Ren Xiang "Almond Aroma" 2014 Spring Imperial Tea belongs to the almond aroma category and has a very unique aroma and taste. It is very hard to make this natural almond flower aroma since it requires great proficiency on the part of the teamaker to process the tea and impart this delicate aroma. The production process requires that the teamaker stay up all night during this tea-making season. Great skill is necessary to impart the almond aroma in just the right way. This tea is also part of our sampler pack.

The higher altitude the tea trees grow in the mountain, the smaller & thinner Dan Cong tea leaves; So that is why Xing Ren Xiang Dan Cong dry leaves are tight and thin.  In addition, due to high altitude, specially selected tea leaves and skillful making techniques, the tea leaves are still quite twisted and still not completely open after several infusions; this is another good indicator of extremely high-quality, high-mountain tea combined with the special skills of an experienced teamaster.

Dancong Oolong tea is famous for its floral fragrance and long, sweet aftertaste. In addition, the tea liquid thickness is highly sought after by many tea connoisseurs.

All of our light-roasted Dancong is stored in the freezer. It will maintain extreme freshness when stored this way.
