08勐海V93熟茶
This is a classic Ripe tea blend called "V93." It was released in 2006 and quickly became one the most expensive ripe teas on the market. To this day the 2005 and 2006 V93 Ripe productions have commanded very high prices due to the fact that this is one of the most sought after Ripe teas for everyday drinking. It is smooth and full in the mouth. It is fermented just enough to break down the bitterness of raw pu-erh while lightly fermented enough to preserve the stimulating cha qi and hui gan of a raw pu-erh. After-taste is sweet and thick. Stock up on this Batch 801 release of a modern classic Ripe Pu-erh.

Little funk. Good basic taste, and it often surprises with interesting taste. One of the more likely shu to age well.

Although I normally drink raw, I decided to try this ripe version for the mornings. The first couple of days weren't very enjoyable but when I experimented different brewing times I was able to get some interesting, earthy tastes that grew on me quickly. I will definitely get some more of v93.

A very enjoyable lighter ripe puerh without any traces of off flavors. The mellow richness is indeed smooth and sweet and is a safe bet for most puerh drinkers so I can see why a lot of people choose to stockpile this as their everyday drinking puerh.

Really good ripe tuo here. No severe undesirable tastes, but also no extraordinary nuances. Good to drink now, but perhaps a little more age will make it much more interesting. And modestly priced, too. I like.
