Product Description
This cake is made entirely from Menghai tea factory's organic tea garden on Ba Da mountain in the county of Menghai. This cake is special because it is a much higher grade leaf used and is entirely first flush of spring 2009. Most Da Yi raw teas are a blend of 1-3 years old mao cha blended with the aim to provide a balanced flavor. This tea when brewed has a high level of aromatic quality to it and a very bright and clear tea liquor. The taste is thick and soothing with fast huigan.
